What is PHSM Course?

The PHSM course teaches the Principles of Health and Safety Management. It is an interactive workshop that seeks to guide company leaders to understand and identify the factors that compromise health and safety.

Risk assessment:

The course helps leaders identify risks within the company where they work through critical thinking. During the assessment, we’ll identify the risks that may be present in any company and leave a knowledge base around this in order for them to have the opportunity to face any adversity or change within the company.

Hazard management and control:

Once the failures have been identified, the action plan to manage and control that hazard must be taken into account. The leader must have the ability to develop this plan and involve the team to carry it out.
