What will I learn in this training?
Through interactive and virtual learning, all the important elements to achieve an effective safety management will be explained. Among these elements are:
Injury Reduction Partnership Program (IRP):
This program provides the basis for building a manual to define the risks suffered within the work routine and the methods to prevent or minimize them.
We invite leaders to strengthen their capacity for strategic thinking, conflict resolution, and responsibility for team or company decisions. To enhance the capacity of the skills they possess and at the same time their ability to influence hand in hand with their organizational commitment.
The course helps leaders identify risks within the company where they work through critical thinking. During the assessment, we’ll identify the risks that may be present in any company and leave a knowledge base around this in order for them to have the opportunity to face any adversity or change within the company.
Hazard management and control:
Once the failures have been identified, the action plan to manage and control that hazard must be taken into account. The leader must have the ability to develop this plan and involve the team to carry it out.
Safety and Health Committee and representatives:
To have a team, it is necessary to know who you should and can count on, and as a leader, you will learn how to identify each member of your team, and you will be able to establish new responsibilities.
At this point, you intend to create a solid and functional health and safety department that manages to minimize risks and accidents within the company.
As mentioned earlier, a leader’s responsibility is to positively influence his team members and lead them to a common goal, in this case harmony and accident reduction.
To accomplish this, it is imperative that the qualities of the employee team and effective training and coaching techniques are known so that they take into account changes within the work routine.
The basis for conducting inspections in the right way, identifying failures, modifying aspects that increase risks within the work routine in order to reduce accidents in the long term.
One of the pillars of good health and safety management is inspection. Thanks to this tool, changes and improvements in this aspect are initiated.
As responsible leaders of the work team, the leader must have the ability to respond under the pressure of an emergency.
In order to develop this ability, a series of parameters are offered so that they can establish various emergency plans to deal with different situations, which is important to help the whole team know how to act in the event of an accident, catastrophe, or institutional failure, etc.
